A challenge for some retailers that carry a single category product is how they can effectively convey product segmentation. In this case, my client was looking to display basic core essential oils, oil blends, seasonal features, high price point specialty lines and peripheral products. A way to address this is by wall treatment. Basics are at the back of the shop, creating a power display. Feature items are located to the left with the signature brand colour painted on. Higher price point specialty lines are housed on the right side with treatments on both the wall and ceiling to give the space a more distinctive and luxurious feel. This is such as inexpensive way to create store within stores that surely gives a great return on investment.
