This was a successful virtual consultation, with all communication done by phone and email. This offered large financial savings as Natalie did not need to visit the site in person.

CLIENT FEEDBACK
After purchasing a paint-your-own pottery business with three locations, we realized the stores were not set up to maximize sales. We were initially hesitant to hire Natalie, not because of her consulting fees, but because of the potential costs that would be required to carry out her plan. She suggested we start with just one location and assured us that her plan would fall within our budget and that the investment would pay for itself – and she had numbers to prove it!
Natalie really got to know our business and assessed everything from the overall layout of the store down to how the product is grouped and displayed on the shelves and developed a great plan. She was ready and willing to make revisions and after just a couple, we put the plan into action and transformed the store.
Something really great that Natalie did was educate us on the “why” so that we can continue to use the strategies she implemented to maximize sales as we change out product and displays.
Natalie’s organization, professionalism, and ability to stay on schedule impressed us and in the end her design and display strategies delivered! In the four months following the redesign of the store, our sales were up 25% from the previous year at that location, and only 16% at the other two. The best part is, we were able to do all of this remotely!
Redesigning our store’s layout and how our product is displayed made the store more attractive but, more importantly, it significantly increased sales. It was a pleasure working with Natalie and after seeing the results at the one location, we are excited work with her on the other two locations. We highly recommend hiring Natalie if you own a retail store, regardless of what you sell and where you are located.
