GOALS
- Update shop that was designed and built in 2007
- Attract new market demographics
- Review categories and eliminate non-performers
- Add new lines to reflect current market demands
- Test inclusion of mens clothing line
INITIATIVES
- Removed old enclosed gondola type floor units and replaced with single hangrail stands; changed some fixtures to open gondola design- thereby creating more open spaces
- Allocated space for seating where moms can leave children engaged with books and other activities; for men to comfortably wait while their ladies shopped
- Re-brand to a fresher look with wallpaper and new colours
- Re-brand logo to a more contemporary design that may appeal not only to women but also men
- Clean up window displays to allow for easy visibility
