GOALS
- Ease customer congestion and improve shopping flow during peak months
- Increase sales by presenting products by stories instead of by end use
- Create fixtures that showcase the products and support or enhance perceived value
DESIGN OBJECTIVES
- The amount of merchandise that was carried overwhelmed the space and not all product related to the museum’s core brand
- The selling space was also an exit point for museum goers regardless whether they chose to visit the gift shop or not
