GOALS
- Create an interactive selling space that promotes emotional attachments to toys and gadgets
- Establish brand in this new market in a very short seasonal pop-up location
- Make product demonstrations the first priority to ensure maximization of all selling opportunties
CHALLENGES
- The already tight space was made tighter with the location of the unit’s electrical transformer, resulting in a reduction in space of about 25 sq. ft.
- Due to the hoarding built for the electrical transformer, the fixturing plan needed to conform to the changes just two days prior to shop opening
