- Reinforce branding in this new second store to encourage sales through brand recognition by incorporating recognizable signature elements from the original location
- Develop new market through the establishment of a strong identity
- Make shopping easy by creating destination areas through product end-use classification
CHALLENGES
- Work within the tight budget and timeline allocated by Tsawwassen Mills for the grand opening
- Ensure brand DNA is conveyed through shop design and finishes, keeping consistent with their flagship store
