Last week I showed you how triangles can bring interest and movement to an otherwise static display. This time, I want to show you the power triangles have in sales. The before photo on the top show the original way this product group was displayed, which is horizontally. When I implemented the triangle strategy to the same product and incorporating them with other ‘like’ colour story merchandise, sales went up to the point staff had to replenish displays mid-day. I apologize for the ‘after’ photo as people were pulling stuff out to purchase while I was taking photos. Ignore the back wall, I have not completed its displays yet. The 118% overall sales increase was realized in January in comparison to holiday sales.
